Description
Description
As promised! Here is our white chocolate accord. This was simple but challenging. It is chocolatey, but in such a different way. White chocolate is much more of a fatty/lactonic note than say dark or even milk chocolate. It also has a hint of nuttiness. White chocolate is often times sweeter as well. That’s what this accord presents. Opopanax was an interesting addition as it smells sweet and ambery with a bit of a bitter Edge. Patchouli was also a great material to use as it can be chocolatey and woody which helps round out the accord as a whole.
