Description
As the days are getting colder, the perfumes are getting warmer.
Woods, incense, amber and cozy accords are all blending with this weather and today I am sharing a perfume formula for Amarige by Givenchy, a 90s superstar and still present in many perfume collections.
Amarige is a white floral, dense and super deep scent made by Dominique Ropion in 1991 and featuring notes like white flowers, carnation, amber, sandalwood, rose and many others but the main star in this composition is the flower of Ylang Ylang. With subtle nuances of banana, Ylang Ylang features rich and woody-floral aspects which are perfectly blending with the other notes.
The formula I am sharing with you is from the "1000 Perfumes" book by Octavian Coifan, a famous romanian perfumer who lives in France now.
Let me know if you're going to reproduce this scent and I am also curious to know your opinion about it.
See you soon! ❤
