Hermitage Oils: Characteristic
This natural extract of rhodinol from citronella has a bright, petal fresh, wonderfully well-balanced and rounded rose fragrance. i would consider this an essential ingredient for the creation of any rose accord and also perfect to use just by itself when needing to integrate a beautiful, true to life rose into other florals or pretty much any style of perfume for any function.
Fraterworks: Rhodinol ex geranium bourbon comes closest to the scent of rose otto than any other single raw perfumery material making it extremely valuable in reconstructions of rose absolute and oils and an excellent additive in the highest class muguet bases.
This product is naturally isolated from geranium bourbon. other materials are sometimes sold under the name of rhodinol (products such as alpha-citronellol or blends of geraniol with laevo-citronellol) but those are incorrectly labelled. our rhodinol is the true classical rhodinol ex geranium bourbon.
Rhodinol ex geranium bourbon has long been a highly prized fragrance material and it was a key component of the rose note in chypre by coty along with rose d'orient and french rose de mai absolute.
