Red Thyme Oil reminded me so much of a rare bloody steak that I sketched out this accord. The Acetyl Pyrazine was originally meant to mimic butter on the steak but turned into a pleasant rice which was a nice surprise. I believe Vetiveryl acetate could work as a substitute for Red Thyme Oil as well.
