Pina Colada

“Winter is coming, so imagine an incredible sunset on a tropical beach, while sipping a fresh Piña Colada, with feet on sand, chilling with friends. 
This is a simple and nice Pina Colada accord, which can be simplified even more by removing the Lime, Rum Ether, Benzyl Salycilate, Maltol and Coumarin. These last two in my nose gave even more the idea of freshly squeezed ripe pineapple juice. Lime for a little effervescent hint. Benzyl Salicylate helps with the round coconut shade and gives a little tropical and floral note. Then the Ether Rum for the boozy sprinkle. Cheers
