About the formula
Description
I have received many messages asking about a raspberry accord. The beautiful Raspberry Natural by Robertet was discontinued and had a mini panic. So I decided to take a stab at it myself as I love fruity accords. This is definitely on the sweeter/over ripe side of raspberry. But the ethyl Maltol can easily be left out and still have a gorgeous accord. Fruity, luscious, juicy, and slightly tart. When I was making it, my mouth was watering from the wafts I was getting of it 🤤
A sweet, juicy raspberry accord with a touch of tartness. This formula leans towards the overripe side, but the ethyl maltol can be omitted for a more balanced fruity experience.
