Primitive Ambergris

Interplays between the acrid and narcotic had always been part of my nostalgic thoughts of the yesteryear. I wanted to make a tenacious, hard amber, effervescent, and unapologetic perfume. Something that would not be able to get out of your fibres after a couple of cycles in the laundromat. Simply things that stick to me. Primitive Ambergris is part of the soon-to-be-released perfume TMN (Touch Me Not). A perfume bringing out the Indolic and Phenolic properties of Narcissus, Tuberose, Jasmine Sambac, and Ambergris. After Fil Maria’s first perfume brand, MAS RIVERA is currently on hiatus, Fil Marias’ second perfume line PREYER REACH acts as its older and more aggressive brainchild. A never-changing aspect remains to be the unsettling use of Nerolidol, which is the natural isomer of Cabreuva EO, one of the most narcotic natural wood oils often found in Paraguay and famous for its dry woody floral-muguet properties. The accord boasts sheer performance and tenacity. It has been created to blend well with ambrette-type musks and heavy natural Florals. It is compatible with Rose Ketones, Anisaldehydes as well as Lactones to showcase fruitier aspects. At heart, the accord is highly indolic and can be ameliorated into countless directions.
