Cinnamyl propionate smells like a sweet, fruity, and slightly spicy aroma reminiscent of cinnamon and apple pie

Ernesto Ventós: Spicy, fruital, balsamic
Moellhausen: Mild aromatic, balsamic, slightly fruity
Fraterworks: Cinnamyl propionate is the scent of stewed summer fruit, bubble gum, grape soda and balsams. it is used to great effect in firmenich's famous dorinia rose base (demo formula below) where it adds a soft spice to the intensely fruity rose ketones.
With no limitation on use this could also be used to boost styrax notes or as a general fixer and blender for resins and balsams.
