Inspiration
The fragrance '2030 Park Avenue' draws inspiration from a Detroit jazz club that has been around since 1935. The full composition is described as very romantic, embodying the soul of a midwestern city.
Scent Description
The accord combines earthy, wet, soil and ground-scented materials like geosmin and terranol with the sweetness of vanillin. This creates a sticky, humid, warmth reminiscent of a midwestern city in the rain.

This project aims to create a free database of practical information, accord and scent making tips, to make perfume making more transparent and accessible for everyone.

Alie Kiral: I use this accord in my fragrance 2030 Park Avenue. This perfume is inspired by a jazz club in Detroit that has been around since 1935, and the full composition is very romantic. The combination of some earthy, wet, soil and ground-scented materials like geosmin and terranol with the sweetness of vanillin gives the accord a sticky, humid, warmth.
